darioazul: Dear Sir: May I ask, what made you choose the dark gray color? It is one of the options I am contemplating versus the regular aluminum. Dario I picked the Dark Grey because i think i have become board and tired of the silver. It is too big contrast between the black glass screen and the silver i think. Now it fades better.. First Black(screen

First impressions: I´m so happy with the image! It´s much brighter than the MK II and the picture are stunning with all sources! The artefact's on the old BV 7 are blown away! And the Philips Natural Motion likeness have also disappeared in to the blue! I have discovered in the service menu that this panel are a (Samsung) and called

Now i finally have my BV7 MK III ! ( In my bedroom=) Take a look at my tread an you can see a hint of the image quality of my MK III : http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/ShowThread.aspx?PostID=53197#53190 I don´t see how it could be better by 100HZ or 24p?? 355f: Interestingly, when the 8th geenration and kuros series was announced I visited a dealer that had the previous generation and the latest one showing the SAME signal ( and this is relevant as many on here refer to a fantastic dvd they saw on x screen- there are good and bad dvds! so its a pointless debate) The previous generation was priced £1500

linder: BV 8 32" is not exactly the smaller TV that I had hoped B&O would bring to North America. I was hoping for the Beocenter 6 26" which I think is a much better design. A Beovision 7 32" would be even better but I am sure it would cost much more. Bill In Sweden the BV 7-32 cost´s 80.000 Kr. Inc. Beolab 7-2 or 7-4 = 12.072

David: If B&O didn't exsist, then neither would most of Grundigs designs. It shocks me everytime to see that Grundig continue to copy B&O design cues. That TV on the first post link, is so very B&O, look at the stand - yeesh! Who cares about non-B&O TV's, i don't. There is no comparison. End of story. On another note, I certainly

Was it a real B&O dealer ho said that? If thats is true they most change the name to Bv 7-40 MK IV. I don´t think they will do that this year.. Perhaps in the late 2008. My new MK III i haven´t picked up jet are already old..
-
Doc: Beolab, Have you already picked up / had installed your BV7-40 mkIII ? If so, info please! I will pic it up on Monday! Í´m at my girlfriends place in Borås over the weekend... I´m going to write a new tread about my MK III when it have arrived with lots of info and pictures.. Regards

If B&o did not exist i would choose Grundig Fine Arts 76 30" model if someone remember..It had lots of glass and ALU in the chassis. Or Nad 40" with Pixelworks processing of the picture and inbuilt amplifier Class-D. http://demo.preemtech.fi/grundig-fine-arts-76/product_details.php/products_id/96 I think BV5 are the best looking design
