Torbjorn, I bet the BeoLab 5s gave you a fright when you first swapped the BeoLab 6000s with them! Both are fantastic speakers.

I haven't heard such news Blankman, but the best judge of the sound will be listening to a pair of BeoLab 4000s with your own ears. I would still urge you to consider the BeoLab 3s. Compare the two if you like at your local B&O dealer. The BeoLab 3s are a bit more expensive, but certainly worth every extra penny in my opinion.

Shame that Mr. President will probably dump it in his back yard and stick with his BOSE system instead.
