Yes, only connection I use for SD SAT reciever (via Scart to Beosystem 2). Beosystem 2 via VGA cable to the VGA (PC in) port of the display. You could connect a HD player etc. directly to the Plasma and use a IR cable to control the player and tell the plasma to switch to DVI when needed.
