With the PUC or the Beo5, you cannot send these other commands. The limitation is the IR receiver of the Mac. If you get a Beoport (Beolink PC2) box, you can use LinkPlayer and control Plex more efficiently. You can also control many other sources as well as distributing N.MUSIC around your house. p.

Dylan, A couple of remarks: - You'll need to get analog sound from the Mac mini to the Beoport as well as to the TV. - The CM388 seems to have analog audio out, so you could take it from there, instead of using an external DAC for the sound. P.

Hi, The IR receiver of the MacMini can only receive codes for the AppleRemote buttons. Can I ask why you need C, I, X, M? p.

Just a quick note to tell you where we are with LinkRemote 1.1 (for iPad and iPhone) I submitted LinkRemote 1.1 to Apple a couple of weeks ago, but it was 3 days ago as I had chosen a wrong compilation setting. I have resubmitted the App this evening and hopefully it will be approved soon. Usually it takes 7 days. Did not have an iPad as I was developing

Hi, I think you should connect the Beoport to the Mac mini, not to the iMac any longer. In that way, with LinkPlayer, you can control it using the PC key of the Beo remote, and control Plex, Eye TV, plus all the built in sources of LinkPlayer. Have you checked that the software of you BS3000 is compatible with N.Music distribution? Early BS3000 were not compatible but can be upgraded. I also think there is an option on the BM1 to allow distribution of N.Music. p.

From what was said in an other thread, you can connect what you want on that port, like an iPod or a non B&O TV and when you press PC on your Beo4 in that room, its sound will be played on the speakers connecter to the Beolink Active.

I have seen it at the Winchmore Hill B&O shop in North London. It looks like a great product. If your are in the UK I suggest you contact that shop as they are expert with this product. p.
