Hi Fredrik, both have masterlink and powerlink. powerlink is for connecting active speakers directly to the beosound and masterlink is for connecting the beosound with an B&O TV in one room (e.g. to realize a surround setup) and/or for connecting additional rooms. Marcus

I can only give you some advice on your second problem: press TV then AV (maybe you have to add this under LIST, depends on your Beo4 version) followed by CD.

Peter: It sounds like the battery was completely dead. Did you leave it on by mistake? I would charge it fully before trying to use it. Peter, I'm not sure this is possible. Mine switches automatically off if battery reaches a certain level. Marcus

The top and bottom aluminium plate is fixed with self adhesive tape and can be replaced without opening the speaker. Marcus

Guten Morgen Nik, das ist komisch, bei jedem Fernseher der einen STB-C integriert hat wurde mir ein solcher IR-Sender mitgeliefert (aber eben auch nur einer, selbst wenn der Fernseher mehrere Ausgänge hat). Sprich mal mit Deinem Händler..... Gruss Marcus

pharris: I have downloaded the manual for the 9000, but that only talks about Active speakers. Paul, this is due to the fact that the Beosound9000 does not have integrated amplifiers. Si if you like to connect passive speakers you normaly need an MCL2P amplifier. But as Christian already suggested, the Beolink passive should do the job as well. Marcus
