Wnn DU die default Lautstaerker veraenderst am Fernseher, wirkt sich das auf die BS9000 auch aus? Vielleicht mal probieren die default BS9000 Lautstaerke zu reduzieren ohne das der Fernseher angeschlossen ist? Ich bin mir fast

I think officially this is not supported even though some dealers may workaround. The modified Beo4 comes to mind. I think the issue is more that some dealers may not know how. JK

You have to be careful buying this used. The first few had issues with the keypad on top, it failed after a bit of use. They replaced it and with current one this should not happen. I do not know though from which serial the change was made.

From the top o my head, i think it will be difficult to fin wireless mouse and keyboard that have a range long enough. What media do you plan on using? A hacked Apple TV for each room connected to the central might be a good choice as you get around the wireless video and will not need a keyboard or mouse to boot. Cheers JK

For the different remote types in the STB list, that evolved over time. THey had initially one in Europe and a different one in the US but those would not support fast scrolling. THen a bit later that was added. At this point I still believe its not perfect but workable, at least to me. I.e. the long push on "Go" which would activate Genius
