There was a red light visible in the back, looked like one of the IR emitters. It is now placed to charge until I get home from work, and I will report if the problem persist, and if it seems to be related to low battery.

I would not go for a 5000, but save up my money for a 6000. The difference is HUGE.

So I can switch back to custom setting? - Just checked, and the custom settings was "recovered". I feel like an 80-year old woman: Ohhh my remote is to advanced for me..... (Couldn't find the wall bracket for my EarSet 2, it was hiding in the box. Called the dealer, only to find out that it had been there all the time...) Thanks.

It does not activate any equipment, TV - BeoSound - light - etc., but at the moment I cannot make it fail. Very strange. It seems, however, that it needed recharging. I have tried to store the default, but it resat the Beo5 completely. All custom settings was lost, but I have the setup file stored, so no worries. It is now placed in the charger, as

Hey My Beo5, which has been working fine until now, has developed a strange fault. It starts blinking (both the ball and the screen), and at the same time it locks the keys, and I can do nothing. After 10-20 seconds the blinking stops, due to the dimming function, but I have to wait another 2 minutes or so, before I can turn it on again. While blinking

I have a link room close to the master room. The Beo4 is so power full that it activates the link room by accident all the time. With the link room in opt. 4, I can control them separately. Very clever - IMO.

Just wanted to add: The DVD2 is a reboxed Phillips, whereas the HDR2 is B&O.
