Henry, I have never worked on a Beocom 4 but if it opens in a similar way to Beocom 6000 then I can see what Ed means. I have a loads of 6000s through my hands with great big chewed-up cases where people have rived there way in with a screwdriver. I am pretty sure that there is a special tool for opening 6000s but I use a couple of cut up credit cards

The file with TV and Satellite logos is quite extensive and is unlikely to be a problem, however, as Peter and Keith mentioned in other posts, the local radio station logos are a bit lacking. If you are computer literate, it might be a good idea to google your local stations, find their logos and using 'Paint' or something similar to make them

Before you send it or take it to your dealer, I seriously recommend that you make an extensive plan of what you want adding to it. You don't want to be running back and fore to your dealer's every two minutes! Andy T.

Hi Sebastien. A 'Light' button must be added when you have your Beo5 set up by your dealer. I switched mine back to default settings quite expecting 'Light to be there but it isn't supprisingly. Have you had your dealer customise it for you? Andy T.

Hi Kevin. I imagine that a TV from the late 80s would be unlikely to have the capabilities to change format. Could this be done when it was a standalone TV? I answered this mainly to bump it up for you as I am not knowledgeable enough to help. Andy T.
