I don't think the BS6 is controllable with the Beo4. To be honest, get the iPod Touch. The BS6 is a rebadged Samsung with a poor user interface and the sound quality was criticised in the last review I saw. The iPod Touch has reasonable sound quality and is very very easy to use. I agree and this is something we are looking at. However I think we as members need to show that we value everything that Lee has done for us and though this will raise relatively little, it shows that we care about the site. A site is only as good as its members and I believe this will show those of us willing to do something for the site.

If it is working OK, I wouldn't worry.

You can certainly set it to switch off - simply program the unit to play Stand-by at the relevant time. If you have a Beolink 7000 you can also suspend timers but I don't think you can do it directly on the set. Why not just unplug it? It will save on electricity anyway!
