I had some (refurbished/driverss & cap's) connected to my BM7000 for a time & although it won't have been the very best amp for these it certainly wasn't lacking when driving them to a more than decent level. The M150's actually sound excellent at even low volumes. They are now residing in Ireland connected to a BM6500 &
Oh I am! Working on it right now between my assigned readings! A white glass panel would be something!
I think a mirrored one would be even better. Chris PS - Evan, I always found that reading got in the way of my education

Your other option of course is to find a defunct BM3500 which shares the same panel & will be much cheaper to buy than a BM4500. They DO appear very occasionally - LifeStyleAV (Lee) sold one not so long ago on ebay with a cracked casing. Chris.

Other than removing the platter & packing seperately this is exactly how a Beogram should be shipped. Well done that seller Chris. PS. I notice the looks of unbridled excitement on your girls faces when opening the box. Is there one of them in tears of dissappointment when they saw what was in there?

Srange - I've got a Beocenter 8500 which is the same...... probably even more noticable than your description MIka....... Makes me wonder if there was a dodgy batch of panels released in which the touch sensor areas weren't as colour fast as normal. Or perhaps they have been placed in direct sunlight which is a real swine for bleaching out colour

Battery replaced with one with solder tags from Farnells (no exploding batteries for me thank you very much) & now working perfectly - result Chris.
