I love it! In the meantime, it would make a great stealth subwoofer cabinet Was the original radio part of the chassis the same as the other Master 38 models? (which reminds me, I should take a couple of pics of my Master 38K for the product pages, the one from the Thorgesen collection is poor quality and seems to have an incorrect speaker cloth)

Looks (and probably sounds) good, but I just can't see how those rear ALTs would survive more than a few weeks in actual use...
do not think they are going to include WLAN or Airplay if yes maybe in 5 years....
Not the best examples for this topic - Airplay is completely software, and you can add WLAN/WiFi any day you want by simply plugging in an USB WiFi dongle (IMHO this is actually a better solution than some builtin hardware that
I just had an idea - as BeoSound 5 Encore can access DLNA server would it be possible to make a program that acts as an interface between spotify and dlna server? What I mean is: This program would read spotify account info and playlists/albums and compile a music directory for dlna clients. When a song is selected from
Whilst plaing with this I had a thought. These are often said to have been for fishermen because of the shortwave frequencies available, but surely this would have been a bit fancy for a fishing boat. I would have thought it would fit in a lot better in a luxury yacht, especially with the white colourscheme.
I

Sorry to hear about that, but I personally can't be angry at cats Just tell what happened. I assume the cable came loose from the IR eye itself, not at the TV end? I don't think anything has actually broken, but the wires need to be attached properly or it might create problems, not to mention the time spent troubleshooting!
Makes me wonder about our general "Save the B&O from the Bin" spirit.
I'm definitely not saying that this deck shouldn't be saved - just that there's not much point in that as a paid service. You can probably find another just as nice, but working and complete deck for less than the cost
