Hi Razlaw, It didnt work in the office using firefox, but worked on IE. At home on the mac, firefox works, i think it has to do with the networking of the site hosting the beosound5... just refresh a couple million times, and use another browser, it should work mate.

Could I ask another question about this, I have installed the DTV with all the french channels, all good, however when i go to use the TV option, and tune it, the quality is bad, noisy and 2 horizontal lines on the screen, i believe that my dealer has changed it for secam, however could i kindly double check the settings on the service menu with someone

I see, Ill ask the dealer for the prices to see if its worth entertaining this solution. I pressume all I need to do is connect the satilite dish cable to the Tv and presto its done, then tune?
