    BeoCom 2 is the most beautiful and the most ergonomic when held correctly. I agree that numbers aren't an issue as you're dialing mostly from the phonebook or caller id.

    I have to say I really like it, though. Sound aside. After all, I have half a dozen non working B&O pieces laying around just because I like the way they look, so I wouldn't even have to turn it on!

    If you're just looking to wipe the content, the easiest way would be to access it as a remote drive from your computer and just delete everything from the music folder.
