Hi Toby, Good to see you around. Yes I did ask why so many Serenata's had been returned, and according to the assistant, customers were finding it too long and frustrating to use the wheel for all comands.

BeoSound 2 is at its limit with a 2GB SD card. I think it was BeoWorld member Santiago who first managed to get a 2GB SD card working on his BeoSound 2, as the BeoSound 2 spec suggested that a 1GB SD card would be the largest card that the device could handle. I have used my BeoSound 2 for 5 years now and still use it very regularly. The design is beautiful

Although I am by no means a pro in outdoor speakers I have a friend who just kitted out his garden, terrace and balcony with Bose outdoor speakers. Like many American machines, they were very powerful.

Jandyt: Also, when listening casually to music, I use, contraversially, speaker 4 and listen in double stereo. I sometimes use this setting too for a party or just for some extra sound while I'm tidying up the place!

Hi Dave, Andy's link is to my post on your previous thread. The Serenatas were bought in very small batches for only a few Vodafone stores in the UK. When I visited Vodafone Oxford Street, I was told they only ordered in 5. They were bought directly from B&O Knightsbridge (who are not a franchise, but actually owned by B&O) as standard.
