• Re: IS B&O worth the money???

It isn't just about picture quality and sound, it's everything. The customer service, the aesthetics, the reliability, the individuality, the ease of use, the near-silent mechanical workings, the sheer physical feel of the products... B&o gear just has so much going for it, and when you get to the point where all of the above is what you
Though the Beo6 will probably make all this talk obsolete.
Only time will tell Dario your thinking is really clever! A good idea, even though we all know it won't happen i still love it
is there another remote out there which was so easy to pick up and use?
Yes, the beo4. We're in 2010 now and that remote was brought to us in 1994, beo4 is KING.
I'd say ownership of the BL1000 through the 90's and later was probably a major part of why I'm still here now!
Did you use it as a self-defence device?
When it came out I bought a later B & O remote, can't remember the model though. It had a glass display and buttons on both sides. Hopeless! Thank goodness I still had the 1000 at that time.
Yes the BeoLink 5000. That's what i had, but the insurance company replaced it with this BeoLink 1000. I didn't

  • The worst B&O I'VE ever owned

After receiving a Beolink 1000 i now can easily say that this is the worst piece i've ever owned. I can barely think of one good thing about this remote, and that is, that it's built well. Using this remote is like a punishment of some sort (compared to the Beo4) and it's really awkward, does anybody actually like the BL1000??

  • Re: Beolab 11 pictures

I use the 'pledge grab-it' dusters on my B&o, they'd be perfect for something like this too...

Much more surface area in the BL3. The bass is far more extended.
I thought the Woofers were both ~100mm, although the BL3 has a pair of passive radiators (i.e. they aren't driven but provide a bass extension similar to a tuned port in performance) and has net volume of 1
