Yes, the 33 and 45 speeds are slightly dependent. There's a specific procedure and order of adjusting. Martin

There's a couple of adjustments from below but why not get the service manual from the download section. It will describe the correct procedure for adjustment of speeds etc. I'm not sure we have the RX manual but the Beogram 2000 manual will fit nicely since it's pretty much the same internals. Martin
