With a MK2 handset, you can see which software is on your base, but I don't think you can with a Mk1. My Serene shares it's phonebook with my Mk 1 setup. Andy T.

Sorry Ignace, I have no idea. I know what I would do first, though. Try resetting it by calling it a different lamp number or better still, return it to factory settings..... ...Light, Goto,0,Store,4 Don't forget to hold your finger on the dome while you do this. Hope this helps Andy T.

Hi Jeff, Your Beotalk 1100 has no bearing at all on your phones, it is a seperate entity. I don't think there is a problem mixing Beocom 1 and Beocom 6000, but I'm sure Keith will be along shortly to correct me if I'm wrong. Why don't you just get a second hand PSTN base?
