The knob will be a bit hard to find. I would love to be proved wrong but I think they are unique to this model and the tuning knob is the only one of that size, the others are far smaller. To me, it seems that everything runs on -9V when batteries are used and split up when mains is used so that the amplifier then runs on -12V and the rest on -9V, both voltages then coming from the mains power supply.
