The MX needs to be a slave so you need to set it to Option 6 (Picture, 6, Store) Should work fine with both audio and video commands. You have it set as a master at present.

Lovely set - I had one for a while. Excellent picture and sound. No real value these days and the remote is the Mars Bar which is expensive to replace. I gave mine away as it developed a fault that made it uneconomic to mend.

No. When you are writing a post there are 4 tabs above where you are writing: Compose, Options, Related and Preview. Click on Options and then on the box shown with Add/Update below File Attachments and it will bring up a window allowing you to specify a file on your computer. Don't make the picture too big! Less than 200kb is preferable!!

Pull the wood trim forward and all the metal plates are released. To remove the control plate, you need to prise up (gently!) the speed display and there is a single screw under there.
