It is just age. Decouple it from the table or shelf and it improves! Two squash balls cut in half work very well!

Very nice indeed! I have the black AV9000 instead of the blue though I cannot decide which I like more.

Could someone with a Windows computer check that the new PCG software is working - someone has reported it is corrupted but I cannot check as I am on a Mac!!

Have you still got the sub woofer box ticked? Disconnect it and say no sub woofer. If no better a software update could be necessary.

Some of you may be aware that we have changed server for our main product site and since then have had a few issues uploading new manuals. You probably unplugged the speakers without unplugging the BS9000. It will, as Graham says above, default to Option 0.

Do you know how to set the options? Press LIST and the red dot together and then press LIST alone till OPTION? comes up. Press GO and then LIST again till you see A.OPT. Then press the correct number. 1 or 2 depending on your set up.

You may have set it to Option 0 which turns off the IR sensor. You need to set it to option 1 or 2.
