I don't see why not. Obviously you could just use another MCL2AV but in principle your idea could work! It is not in the set up manual though!!

Thanks Chris and Van! Chris, I have asked Richard to PM you his address. Van, no problem - remember I am a computer moron though! Instructions a basset hound can follow would be useful! I have just set up a RAID 1 internal drive though so feeling confident!

My back up disc - an Iomega 1Tb enclosure failed at the weekend - the click of death was heard! I have just fitted a couple of Samsung SATA II 1Tb discs inside my PowerMac G5 in a Sonnet Jive enclosure and set them as a RAID 1 back up - and it all works!! Hardly any down time - these PowerMacs really are a joy to work on. The Iomega has two Seagate

Once again, thanks to Keith, I have added the foolowing manuals: Beocenter 7000 service manua l. Full manual. Beocord 1900 user manual . These decks are now essentially free to get hold of but can produce extremely good recordings. Beomaster 1200 service manual . The previous one was simply a circuit diagram - this is the full manual. I have never used it to record! I always used my 7000 system as one could set this to timer record anything. Recently simply used Listen Again from the BBC!

britops: Beoworld is usually the last place to look, until it is officially released. follow this topic Slightly unfair! There have been the above pictures on this site for some time. B&O have pulled out all the stops keeping this one secure. I can honestly say that I have not seen any pictures myself this time.

ajames: Don't know the model number but it was white, slightly curved cabinet and sat on a Trumpet Stand - circa late 70's - stunning. I bought one second hand once and always regretted selling it. I think you probably mean the Beovision 3500 . The problem with these was the plastic ages and goes yellowy.

I agree that the BC2 is not very useful with MP3 CDs. I have stopped using them and access my MP3 tracks via a Beoport. Far more control and using an iPod Touch means I can access any track easily. I think you will find that the Beosound 5 is likely to make this task easier for B&O only users.

Right click on the Amazon image and copy it. Then go to iTunes, highlight all the tracks in the album, the paster the image into the box at the bottom left .

Where are you based? I have never had a 1600 - this is an uncommon model! I might ask you for a picture - but I will need it posed in a particular way! Can you tell me the type number? There should be a sticker on the back. T5712 or similar.
