Sorry, a Beovox 5000 (not 5700) Martin
-
Oh yes, it could be an open Serene, I can see that. I took it for being one of those 80's pacman pocket beep-beep games. Probably a couple of cassette tapes without cases. Martin
-
Serene - where ? Most of the things are on a System Cabinet, I overlooked that first. Martin
-
I see: Beolink 5000 (given on the mantlepiece) Beovox 2500 cube Beovox Penta (or Beolab Penta) Beovox S120 Beolab 5000 Beomaster 5000 Beo 5 Beomaster 6500/7000 black Beomaster 6500/7000 white Beogram 6500/7000 white Beocord 6500/7000 white Beogram CD6500/CD7000 white Beovox 5700 series (could be 5702 etc.) System Cabinet SC60 or similar That makes 14

Oh yes, S120 - a rare bird in Denmark. I'm stuck with 14 now. Martin

A forum is what the members make of it. Any forum member complaining about the contents of the forum hasn't understood its purpose. At least that how I see it. The members are free to choose what sounds like interesting reading and what not. I have met a lot of nice people here and as I have been collecting B&O for more than 30 years, this place
-
I see 13. 14 if it's a B&O microphone MD8 (or Beomic 1000 but it seems too shiny) between the Beomaster 5000 tuner and what could be a rare teak version of Beovox MC120.2 Martin
-
Great to hear that you've rescued one more of these nice decks. We have some filters blocking posts containing certain words or phrases, I believe your post(s) went pass a moderator because it contains the word ere*tion. Martin
-
Missing or intermittent LED display segments is a common problem in all Beocords, Beocenters and Beomasters of that era. I have rebuilt displays available on exchange basis for most models. Martin
-
Check the power supply areas. I've seen many cases of cracked solders around the voltage regulators at the back. Martin
