you can use the headphone socket as well, you just need to set the volume, to all most max then the output is the same as line level..

Instead of MX2000 or 3000 (21") look for MX3500, 4000, 4002 (has master link) or 4200 (ML as optional) Instead of ME6000 (28") Look for MX and MS6000 (MS has no link an one scart connector) or MX 7000 (active speaker better sound)

PCB 81 BUT I can't see where PCB 81 is placed on the chassis... PCB 81 is connected to PCB80, and PCB 80 is connected to PCB 3.

BV6-22 is the only TV with DVI-D BV/BC6-23/26 and BV7 has DVI-I BV7-40 mkIII has HDMI instead (And DVI-D output like JoC says) In relation to BS3 and BV4 dvi-d or dvi-1 works it doesnt matter which cable one uses the plugs simply have less

If you don't have the DVI input I think your panel is a SD panel, BS3 can only be used with HD or FHD Panels.
