JC: 9 LEE: Okay - to spice it up, if anyone gets the EXACT figure, i will buy him or her a brand new Beo5 Remote, courtesy of myself. Lee Now that is generous fella Very generous indeed! I reckon 1,726,284 - dunno why! :) Ray

Not as exciting as some of you guys, but I just got a Beogram 3300, Beomaster 2000 and Beocord 2000 for £50 from eBay. Should be arriving this week. Nice to own some B&O again 10 months after selling the lot... :$ Eyeing up a nice Beosound 3000 for the flat in Moscow :) Ray (feeling good to be back :) )

That could be interesting... the problem AIUI is that however good the polishing is, aluminum will oxidise, and with it goes the mirror finish, and the only way to

If you can find a way of re-finishing the panels then EUREKA! I must have thrown 50 polished panels from 9500/9300's in the skip and I have several which are not perfect but are too good to throw away. If B&O don't supply these as a new part, you'd think they'd do a refinishing process. We could send them off to an anodisers, but

joeyboygolf: Medogsfat: rayfenwick: A few minor scratches on the mirror panels (my polishing gear will be coming out I think) Please don't be tempted to try polishing the mirror panels - you'll ruin them! The finish is NOT polished aluminium - it is anodised. Any attempt to polish them will be a disaster. Chris. Absolutely agree with Chris.
