I am considering buying one of these TVs to use in the main bedroom as I really like the styling. Could I call upon the 'BeoExperts' to offer advice on what specific TV to try and source as I am sure there are several different models covering its 7 year lifespan. Does the TV use a flat screen or the older curved screens? Please do contact me

Oh dear. I was hoping so much for something special this time around. First impressions I would have to say that I don't like it at all. I agree that 'in the flesh' it might suprise me, as the Beo 5 remote did earlier today, but only slightly. I don't particularly like that much either and will stick with a Beo 4. I have a Beo 5 remote on order along with the new BeoVision 7-40 and 7-1 speaker. Looking forward to seeing and using the new remote although I am not entirely taken in by its design from photos posted.
