Hi Ivan, I have had some similar problem with the Mac Mini vs. BV7-32. Due to a wrong selected DVI cable I had 95% perfect image and 5% distortion. When I swapped the DVI-I cable for a DVI-D the problems were gone. Hope this can help you find a solution. Could it be that the Mac Mini video card can't handle the 65" screen resolution?

jk1002: One more thing, I wouldn't be surprised if we see an upgraded Mac Mini over the next 12 month that becomes more of a media center, i.e. it runs without keyboard and can be fed from an itunes library just like ITV or Ipod.
