There is only one Virgin Media Box supported by the PUC library and it uses Philips RC5 protocol. Whilst I do not know for sure if Virgin Media and Virgin V+ share the same codes, my guess is they do otherwise B&O would have created two PUC library entries given a lot of B&O customers use Virgin Media in the UK.

Do you have any other phones connected in the house to the same phone line ? What country are you in ? Are you connected directly to a standard analogue phone line or via an adapter to for example a cable box ?

I can confirm that there was a problem on Wednesday evening until the following morning caused by an "Application Pool" timeout which happened because another process was holding onto a resource. It turns out that the holding resource was trying to read a picture file (jpg) which was corrupt and until that error was cleared it could not continue
