Apple TV just goes into Standby if there is no network operation in process. It also turns on again automatically if computer is on.

I am using RJ45 cabling using Cat5 or 7 cables for the ML distribution. As the room 2 with BV8-32 was newly added it might be that the Cat7 cables are connected wrongly as version B instead of version A in the wall socket. Could this cause the problem? But then I still do not see why sources from BS3200 work and N.music does not.

Wie leuchtet die Diode beim ATV wenn du bei der BEO4 eine Taste drückst? Weiss (korrekt) oder orange? Wenns orange ist, musst du die Apple Remote im ATV entkoppeln. Ich hatte das auch sm Beginn.

I do not understand why iTunes should be the problem as it works well in the mainroom. It must be some kind of ML problem.

Hi Spiros, Beoport is not a DAC. It already gets the analogue signal from the unbuilt DAC of the iMac. My question is now if I can get superior sound when putting an external DAC between iMac and Beoport.

Dear all, I read some threads up and down but still I am not sure what to do. I have much of my music on my iMac (27"; newst version). From this I connect to a Beoport (with BL6000 directly connected) and via Masterlink into my BS3200 and BV8-40 where my BL3 are connected. Now I want to enhance the sound quality with an external DAC. First question
