I want to hook it up to my beosystem 6500/7000 so I can have TV sound out of the Penta Labs i use with my music set-up. Could you tell me please which cable(s) I need to buy to do this & which socket

Cheers Peter, When u say the remote wont work - do you mean that you need to press the Tape 2 button (as if it were a 2nd cassette deck) - or u mean it wont work at all..? If not at all - how do u go about actually playing the '2nd' cd unit.. ? Cheers, Michael

  • Beosystem 7000 (or 6500)

Hello All, Does anyone know the answer to this slightly odd-ball question... What happens if u connect a 2nd CD unit (a beogram cd 7000) to the Beomaster using the Tape 2 socket (or the phono socket)..? Hello Brian, I just been on the Lifestyle AV site & see that they are selling these 'fully wired' Mk II cables.. I guess I'm just looking for lengths of 3 or 5metres per cable.. Thanks, Michael

  • Penta II Displays

Hi all, Just collected pair of virtually mint Penta II's bought via ebay. Connected them up to a Beosystem 2500 with Power Link cables etc. Sound is superb - however, I was expecting to be able to get the digital displays....? Nothing! I am using a 2-way remote (Beolink 5000) if that makes any difference...? Am I missing something quite obvious

  • Re: Beolink 7000 - remote controller

Oh yes i agree Jandyt completely - the 7000 is an amazing thing in good condition etc. but seems to me when something goes on it there's a fair chance these days you cant repair it - or it will cost a lot to do so if it's possible. In comparison the MCP is fairly bland, but seem to be a lot more robust, a lot more of em around, and if it goes
