If you still have it all, drill carefully through the broken parts and glue in a couple of tiny steel pins. Martin

Strange fault, it's not because ambient light can fall on the sensor ? Martin

Yes, it's very easy. The tuner is voltage controlled so all you need to do is change the voltage offset. F.e. adjust R6 on the preset board a bit (which will change the presets) or change R15 to another value (which will change also the large tuning dial). Martin

Usually, the sensor either works or don't. The lamp is what becomes weak in most cases, it could also just be out of focus with the lens system. The lamp should be in a position very near the lens, in some cases actually touching, and with the filament centered with respect to the lens. When I said IR related to the ruler, it's because an IR

The instructions will tell you how to get it out without damaging neither the tape nor

The trimmers accessible on the operator panel is for fine tuning in daily use. They have finger-operated wheels. The ones, I am talking about, are offset- or ground-up adjustments with which you set the center of the others to the exact correct speeds. They are adjusted using a tiny screwdriver and sits, as mentioned above, on the main circuit board

Diagnosing per remote is always a challenge. Is the BM4400 weak on all sources (Tape/FM/Phono) ? If so, bring out the signal generator and oscilloscope and measure around a bit. The preamp and tonecontrols would be the place to start. Compare left and right signals and work your way back and forth until you find the place where the signal gets lost

(Deutsch ist schwer...) The Beovox P45 will wallmount using just 2 screws put in the wall. The height should be so that the center of the speakers are in the same height as your ears when sitting down and listening. This actually goes for all the B&O uniphase speakers and is too often overlooked, people tend to mount the speakers way too high. Martin
