Welcome to Beoworld ! I can supply a set with all three belts (there is a small belt on the upper side and two larger below decks). You have a PM ! Martin

The idlers yes, there are a couple in there but replacements are hard to find. There are two springs that seems to lose their tension. One short spring works with the large idler wheel and another somewhat longer spring sits hidden by the flywheel. I have tried shortening these two a couple of windings each which seems to improve matters a bit. These

Yes. Any good supplier will have them, drop me a PM if you cannot find the lamps locally. Martin

It's lamps. Three in total and of 2 different wattages. Martin

Most likely a capacitor problem and definitely worth and possible fixing. Disconnect from mains and put an ohmmeter across the large capacitor next to the transformer. A reading across the cap number 514 (80uF sitting on the amplifier board) could also interesting. Note that component designators vary with the different versions of 900K's. Martin

Martin

You will find that the 8Vref is down, causing the VU to go to full scale and the Beocord to mute. Replace the black radial capacitors on the top circuit board. I think they are 220uF. Put in 25V components instead of the original 10V or 16V ones. One of them (or more) will have shorted. Martin
