Hi Jacques, IMHO, with regards to the 6000 I would definately replace the two metal caps on the PSU board, as these it would seem are prone to failure around about this age. Only use good quality 105 degree caps here because of the warm nature of the heatsink! I have actually relocated the capacitors in three units (another one to do) and have found

I am not entirely sure these panels were anodised originally?
