....mr anders(son): Beolab, is the LCD screen still "blueish" ? My BV7-40MK2 was that and thats was one of some issue that make me swap to BV9 FULL HD My BV 7-40 MK II are a slight blueish but not the new MK III it´s more neutral i think in the image... They have increased the yellow or the skin tone color more i think ( More natural

R Patton: Proud owner of silver BL-1's with black frets to the sides of a black BV-4, I really love them. BL4000's are next for the rears. Last piece will likely be a subwoofer, researching which one I want, not too keen on the BL 2. I don't want a "boomy or muddy" sub. Music is most important consideration for a sub, if it works

darioazul: Dear All: It sounds as though no SACD yet. It would be nice if B&O fans could natively play SACDs. Ripping cds to a hard drive is ok but space is never enough. However, it sounds as though we may be able to connect to a server housing uncompressed music library. Oh well. Dario The BeoSound 5 = No CD or DVD drive!!!!! Just a Big HDD and

TerryM: I have always been given to understand that Manufacturers' quoted Contrast Ratios have been found to be grossly optimistic when the relevent TV has been tested in the lab. Does B & O quote realistic data? The BV7 Mk111 would have to be a significant improvement over the Mk11,which I found to be disappointing in it's PQ,to sway me

This will be of great comfort to the manufacturers of LCD Lets leave it at that- its all down to personal preference at the end of the day and human nature dictates that once a purchase has been

Flappo The Grate: the thing i find slightly worrying is that the hdmi sockets appear to be vertically mounted and unlike dvi they don't have a locking mechanism , so there's a chance the plug could fall out has that happened to you yet ? Yes the HDMI sockets are placed vertically, but i think it´s great because if you got a thick and stiff

355f: Beolab: 355f: All that matters in the end is that you like your BV7 and feel it was a good thing to acquire. continuing debates about whats'better' does nothing for the amicable rapport that exists here- so I rest my case! Now contrast ratios! what is it on the bv9 compared to BV7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The new Bv7 has 2000:1 in

moxxey: I'll wait for the Bang & Olufsen website to be updated, first. If the dealer claims there is no change, I'm not taking the risk based on hearsay. 'High glare' could just be a marketing term that applies to technology used. Yes, the 40" version has been updated for sure, but we can only speculate on the 32" based
