[quote user="TWG"] @linder: I had the same sorting problem on my Beosound 5. There's a simple trick: Every CD you rip (or file you edit) must(!) be tagged as a compilation CD! As you're using a Mac, too it shouldn't be a problem as it is only one small checkbox in iTunes. I've installed Windows XP Pro and the Windows Media

I am delighted to hear that more B&O employees and sales staff are reading Beoworld. I would hope you are able to convey input to management that some products need extra attention. I have a Beosound 5 and really like it but there are lingering problems especially for Mac users. I use my Beosound 5 more than my Beocenter 2 mostly because of the

My US version of the MX5000 still works which I think is amazing for a 20 year old TV. I ordered the Tim Jarman book from Amazon UK and I couldn't help but notice the review. The review is extremely well done Peter!

You may want to check with B&O but I don't think this TV will work in the US because of the tuner. The update was easy and took less than 5 minutes. There are release notes in Settings, Maintenance menu. It seems it was only pertains to a stand alone system as an audio master. I did change n.music to CD and n.radio to Radio for use with a Beo4. I wish B&O had sent an email with update information. There might be other changes that are not apparent

Thanks for the information. My Beosound 5 is downloading the update now. It is 11:45 am here in Chicago. I am looking forward to the results. Bill

I was told that Beotime will be $375.00 and is expected in late August which probably means September. I am going to use Beotime for my Beosound 5 which does not have a alarm function like other B&O products. It is a unique looking product. However I never anticipated buying an alarm clock. I have been using my iPhone as an alarm clock.

Asking a question as to whether an LCD clock can present the time in a 12 hour format is no different than asking in a auto forum if a car will be available in a right hand drive version. The ridicule is unnecessary and "thicko".

Americans can read 24 hour time format without any problem. Its just not in general use by the public. I have already ordered a Beotime which the dealer said will probably be available in late August. My dealer didn't mention the time format.

Does anyone have any idea what these updates correct? Is there new functionality?
