If you log into Itunes, you should be able to upgrade your music to Itunes plus which is the format that was introduced some month back, that one does not carry DRM. That is in interesting question. Smaller upgrades come free through the automated software upgrade process, similar to what Macs or PS do. What happens if a major release is done ..... I personally doubt though this will happen ... I think you will see many smaller free improvements over time .....

Yes, should be able to get around this by renaming the disk or renumbering the the tracks. I am more worried about gapless not beeing available for any other format them Wav which I cant do on my mac.
