Replaced the rings on about 6 pairs of CX100's now, and never had a problem. Also done other B&O speakers too. One thing I have found that works well to make sure everything is aligned. Is once I have glued the new ring to the cone of the speaker, and it has dried. Connect a 1.5 volt battery to the speaker so it pulls the coil in. Then hold
