3D is far from being a real advantage along as you need to wear these googles. It is a marketing hype so far no real benefit for consumers.

I upgraded my Bv8-40 with the newest DVB HD module as I use satellite. It works fine and picture is better than with former Technisat HD receiver. Just the EPG is poor - has still a SW bug. If you do not have a STB from your network go for this module and you have all possibilities.

It depends on the input signal. I was used to this stretching from my former Samsung LCD. The first days with my Bv8-40 were somehow strange as 4:3 was just 4:3 and not stretched to 16:9. Now I would not like this stretching back. I use format 3 and this is perfect for me.

What do we wish from B&O? We are big community loving (and sometimes hating) B&O. I thought this could be a place to name all the great products we would wish from B&O. So what would I wish and buy? BS5 without socket unit. I just need the HEAD unit with a CD (better DVD) slot and at least FM Radio. Even better with DVB-S2 radio stations

DEAR ALL, Today I changed the wall socket connections from B to A. Without real success. There is still sound, but not good at all. My dealer now offered me to come over with a very long original ML cable to test if it is the network or the equipment. Any ideas from your side still very welcome. Heribert

Bleibt bloß zu erwarten, wie genau das denn mal eingesetzt wird. Derzeit kann es ja nur über BM5 oder BM1 funktionieren, weil die als einzige eine Wlan Schnittstelle haben. Interessant

Do not think this is too bad. Better it is made in China and with a nice price tag then made in Denmark and priced out of mass market. B&O needs to enlarge it's customers base and BS8 is a nice starter.

Dear all, When adding my white BV8-32 to the wall of my sleeping room the previous Bose Wave radio needed to leave. The main advantage of the Bose system that I used as wake up radio was a very clear and dimming LED clock. This coul dbe perfectly adjusted to the rooms light and dimmed pefectly in night. Now I am looking for a LED clock that does not
