No problem Glen, Laptops have very good standard equipment these days, I recommend something with an i3 processor or better. A benefit of this is that most if not all of these Intel boards come with the Intel HD audio equipment - pretty great stuff. My new Samsung RV520 W01US came with a Realtek audio driver with DAC options, such as 16bit or 24 bit

The Boston Acoustics system in the 300C was pretty good. I'm curious as to what's really behind those b 's. Not a huge fan of Beats yet, but it would be neat to see a comparo of the two. Speaking of their (Beats) popularity, it is strong here too, Paul. I have even seen two girls wearing those Solo HDs and the iBeats today. That really suprised

I love the color orange and actually have always imagined a logo change similar to that before. This answers my "what-if" question once and for all. As far as PCs go, they almost always have an HDMI output on them. I would send a+v to the tv over HDMI and call it done! Seems like you have the rest covered.

Also went on a small music binge last night, felt the need to feed the BeoSystem... I downloaded some Peter Bjorn and John, Medina and Passion Pit. This stuff kept my A8s busy all day today Albums on the to-get list are "Family Jewels" by Marina and the Diamonds, and "If Not Now, When?" by Incubus.
