I can set up a poll easily but would suggest a little hands on at your dealer before jumping to any immediate decision one way or another!

Given the market that the product is aimed at, remember that B&O are to offer to load your music on for you. This means no more fiddling for CDs etc. (And the dreadful jewel cases!) I have not had a play yet, but if the search facility can cope with my 29000 tracks, then I will be writing a gushing review!

The eject is just a sensor switch on the transport which is adjustable. If you are a technological novice, get it serviced as the other problem is more complex and the adjustment on the sensor can be done in seconds by someone who has done it before.

I believe Nick and Tim have offered us a copy for the prize draw! I am looking forward to reading it!

Sorry! My fault! The forum was set up quite quickly and originally was not made so anyone could write to it! I have altered that but don't often play in these areas so missed the Edit button! It is on another page!

Not completely convinced about this. The SP1/2 was made for the early arms and had a tracking angle of 15 degrees when in the old ST/L and P arms but the cartridge body sat at a different angle so if fitted to a newer arm (after 1966) if will have an incorrect tracking angle. Thanks to Frede from Classic Audio for the information.

Actually, I think B&O have a license, all be it a monopoly one, for MOTS..... And I believe MOTS is the unique selling feature really.

The user manuals are on site!

I am wondering one thing. Can the USB ports be used to attach extra hard discs as 500Gb is simply not enough! I have almost 200Gb of compressed music and plan to go lossless. This will take far more than 500Gb.
