I am not sure, but could it be something to do with the Config ? My VMEM Beo4 has the option of changing the Video Config to -Video 1,2,3 or 4. Mine is set to video 1 at the moment. One of my AV type Beo4s has the video options of Avant, AV5, MX, AV9000 or None. This may be nothing to do with your problem but it can't do any harm trying different

Much easier with Beolink 1000 but can still be done with Beo4. You need to 'Add' "SETUP" and "STORE" to your list. Remember when storing a number to a lamp, you need to have your finger on the Dome or touch panel. Andy T.
