Check the contact activated by the lift/lower solenoid. It has a function to switch the solenoid current from a strong "Activate" when the arm is to be lowered to a milder "Hold" to merely hold it down. It's on the left side of the tonearm carriage. Martin

It's one of the cases that I'd wish I had here. If I had room and time that is. I've had a rush-in of repairs the last couple of days/weeks. Currently no less than 8 tangentials are in for repairs; 4002, 4004, 6006 etc. but none of them 4000's so I have no way of comparing measurements. There's a couple of different things you can

This issue is the same as in the Beogram 2400 etc.. We had this up many times, even only a couple of days ago. It's a matter of lubrication. Do a search and I'm sure you will find something. Maybe we should include this issue in the FAQ? Martin

I have answered your other thread. Having two threads running the same issue only adds to the confusion. Martin

Beovox M70 is a wonderful speaker but a headache regarding parts. Several changes of tweeters and woofers (and with them crossovers) in production has been noted. Serial numbers has been noted both with 6 digits and 7 digits. The dome-midrange is the same but there are no other common drivers to the M75, I'm afraid. The woofer will have to be refoam'ed
