I recently assembled my first vintage B&O. Beomaster 901, Beogram 1202, Beovox 800. And I'm stunned with results ! I absolutely can't believe how good is the sound system reproduce ... Full of bass, beautifully detailed, clear and worm .... Don't take me wrong, but it is much better on lows volumes then my BL8000 ! It is hard to say
AV then CD?
Work with beo4 ! But only when you connect to ML. You need to setup v.option and a.option on your devises as well. Hi Andreas, happy to hear you are satisfied with your new toys
I love my AV5 and its well sought after even today. :P
Sorry, what I meant is not completely AV5 only implementation of CD-i format, to implement such format they spent to much money and recourse ..

Thanks Toyteg, Mika and cooldude for your comments ! Actually cooldude I hear difference in bass response and transparent of sound !!! I can say I'm stunned with results !!! ..... sound is beautiful ! I notice that bass is responding only on 2.5 on the scale of 3, on my BM901 And sometimes I'm hearing very quiet noise ( like when you play LP
Did he replace the capacitors in the crossovers, or do you mean that he tossed the original crossovers completely, and stuck in some off-the-shelf units? The latter would not be good, as they wouldn't replicate the proper transfer functions. You'd have many phase anomolies and frequency response irregularities

Hi, Today I went to my service to pick up Beovox 800. Guy told me he did basic service and change crossover on both speakers !!!! He did that without letting me know before ! So, I took speakers and they are working very well, but I'm concern about this change .... crossover that he used are both 4 euro ! My question is should I put it back old
