Sounds like interference from two many items connected to the televison. Have you tried turning the freeview/cable box off when turning the DVD on? If this is the problem you mean that should cure it. Thanks Graham PS Standby will do.

Hi all: Just purchased a fantastic Beovision 1 from Joeyboygolf. I am now looking to either buy the glass shelf and lugs (preowned) or blag one off somebody for free. If anyone has one kicking about I would be most grateful. Thanks Graham

Hi: I take it you live in the US or Canada and not the UK? If I am right you need to buy a step up convertor. The type you will need is dependent on the Wattage of the TV. To check this out you need to look at the lable on the back of the Avant. Once you have this information you need to go to Tandy/Radio Shack and buy a step up transformer (with a

Hi: Yeah, to echo that statement and to clear up any confusion possibly caused by my last, the only similarities between this phone and a mobile is its power source - battery. It sounds to me like you have damaged the battery by letting it go flat too many times. Thus, I would get another, fresh battery soon and charge/use it in accordance with the

I was looking into getting some. However, the ones that have been reviewed on Amazon are less than impressive and the others being sold

Hi: I have moved my 28" Avant twice and I hope it breaks before I have to move it again as I can get a newer one. I absolutely love that TV. However, it is a dead weight and really ungainly. If you are moving house, a Luton with a tail lift would be over kill but so much easier.Even with two people you risk crippling yourself. I moved mine with

Hi: Apparently, from what I remember B&O will not do this for you directly. However, they will recommend someone that can do it for you. I think this is a case of altering the Firmware and for this you need a computer loaded with the right software. It will also void your warranty. Have you tried it with a Philips remote? Some of the later PVRs

I would unlock the phone and Ebay it as I am not a phone person. With the money raised I would buy something like a Beovision 3 or another piece of home audio. Using an old Nokia as my main phone or something similar.
