The small white pully wheel at the end of the servo motor has melted. Does anyone have a spare part? Thanks Beoaus.

Sorry to alter the thread though I have a BG6000 problem and the picture two posts above details it well.. The picture above shows a white spool connected generally via a belt to the black pully. Does anyone have a spare white spool, mine has melted and broken... in hope, beoaus.

To get the signal out. Try getting a 4 way RCA to DIN connector. That way you can run an incoming signal and an outgoing signal. The outgoing RCA is a line level so it can be connected to an external amplifier with you speakers attached. Do you have an amp, a TV, Stereo anything with line level input and speakers attached.? You can buy a Beolink Passive

Buy the tube, see if they will upgrade the software and STB-C at the same time (refresh). The TV can be sold later to minimise costs and it will be looked apon favourably by potential purchasers with a new tube. If you buy another you may be asking the same question in 6months time. Just my thoughts. Beoaus.

Is there a way of extending the FM frequency above 104 MHz. In particular 105.1MHz - 105.9MHz. Thanks Beoaus.

Hi Guys... Couple of quick comments.. No Bosscom dealer is in Australia, they won't respond to emails, or telephone calls from Australia. I get the feeling someone burnt them a while ago. Best to order the gear through the UK or US if you really need it, Maybe Lee could do something through Beoworld or his store. Powerlink cable on Ebay is a bit

I don't have the virgin STB you mention though this may help as a first step. Set the STB controller to permanently on or always on. That way the box should never turn off. Turn off both the Avant and the Virgin media box then turn them off at the power point for about 10mins. Then turn both on. Try the Beo4... In my case the Foxtel and PVR boxes
