I have used Safari to read the forum for a long time. I haven't seen any difference browsing Beoworld with the Snow Leopard version. I have installed Snow Leopard along with the new iTunes 9 on my MacBook also. Everything runs faster and Wifi works better among other things. What did you notice was different in Safari?

This thread is real interesting but the reality is that we have discussed this to death. However I have a few more thoughts. Things are changing fast which is partly technological and partly the financial crisis. B&O is struggling to figure out where to invest its resources to come up with a product line that pleases it’s intended market.

It is true that B&O is not leading edge in television products. For me it's more about the music systems and of course style. In the past few months I acquired the Beosound 5 and a pair of Beolab 9's. All the music on the Beosound 5 is lossless and sounds wonderful. If I were to do a custom installation of home theater and audio, I wouldn't choose Bang & Olufsen products. I would probably choose the custom install option from Bowers and Wilkins in which everything is hidden. Because the TV panel would be less expensive, I would change it every time a better one is available. One would always have the latest

Peter, In my youth whenever that was, B&O was sold in audiophile shops here. The sales persons usually spent their time telling me how bad B&O was. They always insisted on some behemoth amplifier would be what I really wanted. I should have bought a Linn turntable considering the price today.
