The rubber drive band has either come off or is broken. I must admit that I have never seen one broken before but I can't think of anything else that it might be. I may be out of date regarding the price of spares. Some have gone up dramatically recently! Beocenter 9300 glass keyboards would appear to have doubled in price in recent months!

In the UK I believe that it has always been Beocenter 2300. The first Beosound was the Ouverture followed by Beosound 3000. The glass doors can be ordered by any B&O dealer and cost around £80 a pair in the UK. The design of the doors has never changed. They are available individualy at around £40 a side and they are handed.

When you book a courier via P2G or the other agencies, your contract is with the agency and it is their insurance cover that is relevent. Whichever courier company you choose will not want to know any claim unless you book directly with them.

I do have the 9300 service manual but to do a copy would require me to take it to pieces. I am not prepared to do that or send it anywhere. What do you want to know???
