Another wrong approach is releasing a press release of new products.....but not allowing them to be available to order. What's the point of that? Again, learn from Apple. When announcing new products, allow your customers to be able to walk in to the store and see or buy them. Don't announce, release pictures, run news stories and send customers

In another thread, we discussed various Beocom 5 issues that remain. I won't go through them all here, but let's use this to discuss them if and when they crop up. Why? As one of my Beocom 5's has become erratic for no reason, on speakerphone. If I use it on speaker the person on speaker goes quiet, normal, quiet, normal etc. Really annoying

That stand is perfect for me as my BV7 is in a corner and can't easily be moved around and tends to face the same way. Liking that colour. Now, if only I could justify the upgrade from a fully-specced BV7-40 MKIV to a BV10-46 (which is almost double the trade-in price).

AFAIK if your dealer doesn't have spare packaging (remember they receive boxed products all the time) then they can order some for you. I asked this question myself as my dealer takes all the packaging away.
