Look for a 6002. Very under rated and cheap. I had one and an 8002 and they sound very similar. The 6002 is like a 4002 in drag!

That sounds bad! Has to be electrical clearly as solid state memory. No doubt will need new innards. The 'service manual' is laughable and the components surface mounted. Buy an iPod! I did! Maybe a change of battery?

Not what more you want! It has been heavily trailed and there is even a picture of it. We know the connections, know that the app allows internet radio and alarm facilities, doesn't have ML but does allow connection to an airport express and is powered by class D amplification . And yes, it sounds very good!

I suppose it might be the Beosound 5 light - or encore as it has been referred to. Similar to BS5 except no longer using Beomaster 5 but connecting to your own computer. The Beo6 will not be out till the New Year - think slimmer Beo5 but bigger screen - it replaces the Beo5.
