  • Re: Advice on buying a used music system.

The Beocenter 9500 and the stacking systems offer good performance and looks at a reasonable price.

  • Re: Beomaster 2400

The slots are where the feet go. Quite rare to find these days! I have seen this wall mounted though I believe they mounted it with bolts through the bottom plate.

  • Re: Beomaster 8000 issues

Go for easy first! Are the speaker switches on? They are in between the display and the power sink.

  • Congratulations Keith!

Well done to Keith for the maintenance work done on the Forum. Without Keith, there really would be no Beoworld!

  • Re: These fabulous infuriating TVs....my MX7000 and the AV9000

My AV9000 works fine - Freeview , Sky and a Wii and operated by Beo4 in the main. I use an AV2 expander with a built in STB-C for the Sky box and a DVD-C for the Freeview.

  • Re: BeoVox 2500 Cube Tweeters

The ones Steve is selling could well work if the female plug is cut off as the cable is not B&O cable and does look similar to the original in thickness. • Re: Beomaster 7000 sound issues?

I am pretty sure the plastic bung will no longer be available. Always worth giving your dealer a ring though. The socket is designed to allow use of a sound moulding device - graphic equaliser etc - so there is an in and an out. Therefore a simple DIN plug inserted into the socket with the pins shorted as above will perform exactly the same role. Get

  • Re: help!!

Stands would be a good idea or they will risk sounding bass heavy. If you want the best amp for them, get a Beolab 5000 - probably the best amplifier for the speakers and better than a Quad in both exterior and interior design! Available for truly silly prices (cheap!).
