I know, I'll put my camera up to the window then knock on it. We'll get a picture of the real Lee!!!
-
I looked through the window into the viewing room, to see how Lee was doing setting up.
-
Glad I got that right Now while Lee was in the viewing room setting up his Mac for the prize draw, and as it was still reasonably quiet, I asked Laura if she would be king enough to take a photo' of me with her father. This is a picture I will treasure.

I see you are reading this Dave M, Don't be afraid to make comment at any point (Especially if I get something wrong) Glad you got home safely.

Hey up! Guess who's arrived! Lee, and the Beoworld roadshow. Ten people would be made very happy with this machine tonight.
-
Dave M(oulton) had been in earlier in the day to introduce himself to Dave J(ennings) and case the joint out. He told Dave J that he would be arriving at around half past six and had a slide show on a memory stick that he would show us. While the lads were setting up everything so we could watch the slides on a big Beovision on the wall, I settled down

At the front they had lined up some pairs of Beolabs, 3s, 9s and of course 5s. Don't think the Audi A8 would fit through the door. Next to the speakers was a Beosound 9000 which was going to be used for demonstrating the Beolabs.
-
As usual, I was first to arrive. Well it was only just after five and the invite did say seven! Never mind, Anne Robinson isn't that fit, and it was nice to meet Dave and Graham from King Street, Ian would be coming later Due to a good relationship with a nearby coffe shop, the lads had managed to procure some seats and laid them out in rows. Sorry

As you can see from my huge bedroom clock, it was nearly five o'clock. I could stay in for a while and watch "The Weakest Link" or go round to King Street. Hobson's choice, I would say! So off I went. On the way, I had to walk past this big wheel. Not quite the London Eye but still quite impressive when lit up.
-
And I was looking right down on it.
